Terms that apply to training programs referred through Dark Intel.
Dark Intel, Inc. ("Dark Intel") maintains a training partnership with Spyder Forensics, which delivers our darknet and digital investigations courses. These terms describe how training inquiries and referrals made through darkintel.info are handled. Once you register for a course, the delivery, scheduling, payment, and cancellation of that course is governed by Spyder Forensics' own training terms and conditions, which take precedence for anything related to the course itself.
Course requests submitted through Dark Intel are forwarded to Spyder Forensics for scheduling and delivery. Submitting a request does not guarantee a seat, date, or price; availability is confirmed directly by Spyder Forensics.
Course materials are provided for the registered participant's own training and professional development. Materials may not be redistributed, resold, or used to deliver training to others without written permission from Dark Intel and Spyder Forensics.
Training is intended for law enforcement, government, military, and corporate security professionals engaged in authorized investigative work. Participants are expected to use any technique, tool, or knowledge gained in training only for lawful, authorized purposes.
Cancellation, rescheduling, and payment terms for a specific course are set by Spyder Forensics at the time of registration and are confirmed directly with the participant or their agency.
Dark Intel facilitates the introduction between participants and Spyder Forensics but is not the training provider. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dark Intel is not liable for the delivery, content, or outcome of any course delivered by Spyder Forensics.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is always the current version.
