Todd G. Shipley, CFE, CFCE is the President of Dark Intel. A retired Cyber Crimes Senior Detective Sergeant and U.S. Air Force combat veteran, Todd is a former International President of the High Technology Crime Investigation Association (HTCIA).
He has served as a subject matter expert for INTERPOL on Darknet investigations, co-authored Investigating Internet Crimes: An Introduction to Solving Crimes in Cyberspace, and regularly trains investigators globally. Todd is a senior course developer and trainer with Spyder Forensics and continues to contribute research and tools focused on Darkweb investigations.
Todd and co-author Art Bowker also wrote Surviving a Cyberattack: Securing Social Media and Protecting Your Home, a practical guide to protecting personal accounts and home networks from compromise.
