  • Training inquiries submitted for programs delivered in partnership with Spyder Forensics, including your name, agency or organization, job role, and course interest.

You are never required to provide personal information to browse the Website. Providing it is necessary only to respond to an inquiry or process a training request.

How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to inquiries submitted through the contact page.
  • To coordinate training registrations and referrals with our delivery partner, Spyder Forensics.
  • To maintain and improve the security, content, and usability of the Website.
  • To comply with legal obligations where required.

We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing With Partners

Where a training inquiry relates to a course delivered by Spyder Forensics, relevant registration details are shared with Spyder Forensics so they can administer the course. Spyder Forensics processes that information under its own privacy policy. Where a tooling question relates to the Dark Web Monitor platform, we may share relevant details with CFLW Cyber Strategies for the same purpose. We do not share your information with any other third party except where required by law.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry, administer a training registration, or meet legal recordkeeping obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Your Rights

If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or a jurisdiction with similar protections, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
